Honey has a long history dating back to ancient times. Depictions of bee-keeping can be seen in tombs in ancient Egypt. Herbal Infused Honey
Ingredients:
1. 750ml of Raw Honey
2. Dried sprigs of either Rosemary, Lemon Thyme, Sage or Lavender
3. Clean Jars
4. Strainer
Step 1: After making sure your jar is clean, place the dried herbs at the bottom of the jar, then go ahead and pour honey on top filling up the jar. Sealing the jar with its lid tight.
Step 2. Wait. Wait anywhere from 1 to 3 weeks for the herbal flavors to infuse with the honey.
Step 3. Once you are ready, pour and strain the honey into a final and clean jar. Making sure to remove any of the herb. Then seal the final result jar.
Step 4: Enjoy! Give as gifts, eat it with almond butter and toast, or any of the numerous and delicious options you have!
