Honey and the other bee hive products are bursting benefits to aid in the well-being of our bodies.

Honey - Is rich in antioxidants, even macronutrients, such as Calcium, Magneiusm and Potassium. Including trace minerals such as Iron and Zinc. Honey is incredibly sweet and makes an excellent substitute for sugar.

Propolis- Propolis contains important vitamins, useful minerals, enzymes, fatty acids and organic compounds. Typically used to seal and repair any damage to the hive on the inside.
